They never followed up with Michelin to get me a pro-rated refund on my tires after repeated promises. My tires prematurely wore out. Since I bought my car in 2018 I’ve been coming to your dealership with no problems and everybody was wonderful last time I was there I waited almost 2 hours for an oil change and then they charge me close dealership with no problems and everybody was wonderful last time I was there I waited almost 2 hours for an oil change and then they charge me close to $100 for an oil change I just thought it was unacceptable. I mean you charge me $42 labor for oil change that’s crazy I also called and nobody returned any my phone calls and I called at least six times so I hope somebody reads this and does something at least call me back More

Same Issue I returned the vehicle twice for the same repair. Charged for the repair twice, have same issue. Was told it was my Tire sensors.
