I purchased my vehicle new from Prestige and they have been doing my service. Just recently while being serviced my truck was damaged (body) they took full responsibility for the damage and did a great jo been doing my service. They never followed up with Michelin to get me a pro-rated refund on my tires after repeated promises. My tires prematurely wore out. Since I bought my car in 2018 I’ve been coming to your dealership with no problems and everybody was wonderful last time I was there I waited almost 2 hours for an oil change and then they charge me close dealership with no problems and everybody was wonderful last time I was there I waited almost 2 hours for an oil change and then they charge me close to $100 for an oil change I just thought it was unacceptable. I mean you charge me $42 labor for oil change that’s crazy I also called and nobody returned any my phone calls and I called at least six times so I hope somebody reads this and does something at least call me back More

Same Issue I returned the vehicle twice for the same repair. Charged for the repair twice, have same issue. Was told it was my Tire sensors.
