I was not happy with my service rep. I brought my csr in at 10AM. When i did not hear from my rep, i texted him at 3:30 to find the status. I did not hear from him and texted again almost an hour late in at 10AM. When i did not hear from my rep, i texted him at 3:30 to find the status.
