I was not happy with my service rep. I brought my csr in at 10AM. When i did not hear from my rep, i texted him at 3:30 to find the status. I did not hear from him and texted again almost an hour late in at 10AM. When i did not hear from my rep, i texted him at 3:30 to find the status. Was almost charged for my service when I still had Toyota case coverage. Also waited for 15 extra minutes for my car from valet when I was told it was being washed when in fact it was on and running case coverage. The service was good. My only complaint was that there was garbage left in my car.tge protective mat and other plastic coverings were left wet and crumpled up in my passenger seat.
