Two hours for an oil change I was recently in for a standard 40,000 mile service that includes an oil change, tire rotation, and fluid top off. Horrible service I came in for an express oil change and tire rotations. I was promised 1-1.5 hrs. It was more than 1.5 hrs and I had to go up and check on what was I came in for an express oil change and tire rotations. I was promised 1-1.5 hrs. After 2 transfers- the guy told me that you have one minor issue that needs to be fixed and the car was sitting there all the time. Chris Budde is the best Chris always goes out of his way to see that I get the best and most comprehensive work done on my vehicle.
