NO MASKS! Although my car repairs were well done, my health safety was not followed. While waiting to pick up my car, there were 2 young men there in the waitin Although my car repairs were well done, my health safety was not followed. While waiting to pick up my car, there were 2 young men there in the waiting room with me without masks or gloves. Why wasn't the mask policy that's posted followed? When the Toyota employee brought me my car, he was not wearing gloves or a mask. This was very disconcerting. Such a simple rule to follow was not and my health safety put in jeopardy. Horrible service I came in for an express oil change and tire rotations. I was promised 1-1.5 hrs. It was more than 1.5 hrs and I had to go up and check on what was I came in for an express oil change and tire rotations. I was promised 1-1.5 hrs. After 2 transfers- the guy told me that you have one minor issue that needs to be fixed and the car was sitting there all the time. I told them that I am upset as I have to be some other place soon and now I will miss that. He was not nice and wasn’t professional to the customer.
