Unacceptable It took 2 1/2 hrs to perform a simple oil change. They accepted my vehicle for service knowing it would take longer than the 1 hr usual time for an ex It took 2 1/2 hrs to perform a simple oil change. They accepted my vehicle for service knowing it would take longer than the 1 hr usual time for an express oil change. Instead of calling me to determine if I wanted to reschedule, they held me hostage. I’m appalled to find out they consider my time has no value. I have been a customer of Prestige Toyota for many years and am incensed at the way I was treated. I’m sure if they’re time was stolen like mine was they would be writing a similar negative review. I will be thinking long and hard before I return to Prestige Toyota for service. More
Excellent service department Caroline in service dept. is the best service person we hay ever used for our cars. My car ended up having to have major work on it. We decided to tra Caroline in service dept. is the best service person we hay ever used for our cars. My car ended up having to have major work on it. We decided to trade it in for a new car. She helped us with the whole process including finding a car and sales rep to deal with. She made every aspect of doing all of this easier. Caroline goes over and above always! You are very lucky to have such a helpful, caring person working for Prestige. Chris in sales as well as Dave in Finance also made everything very easy. More

I bought 4 Toyota car I bought 4 Toyota cars in last 14 years. As long as you trade your car with Prestige Toyota no problem. I trade my last car with Prestige Lexus. And I I bought 4 Toyota cars in last 14 years. As long as you trade your car with Prestige Toyota no problem. I trade my last car with Prestige Lexus. And I went to Prestige Toyota to cancel protection and service plan that I bought when I bought the car and I got answer that it will takes 80 to 90 days. Before It was cancelled same time when I trade. But last time I trade with Prestige Lexus so it’s take 80 to 90 days. I gave them to cancel my protection plan on July 2nd. Let’s see how long it take. So please think before you buy any extra protection plan from dealer More

When I bring my car in for any service he is always courteous, professional and helpful. He asks why I am there, listens and then gives me my options so I can make an informed decision. Then, while the car is being worked on.........he keeps me updated so I don't have to keep looking at my watch and wondering. Actually, I trust Chris to be direct and honest with me about my car needs and it is quite frankly, that sense of trustworthiness and honesty that keeps me coming back to Prestige for service even though I could have the work done elsewhere for less cost from time to time. Another hour an half wait and still with o info at Prestige This is the second time I have experienced taking my Camry in for service and sitting and sitting in the waiting lounge and not hearing from the advis This is the second time I have experienced taking my Camry in for service and sitting and sitting in the waiting lounge and not hearing from the advisor. When I went up it took another 45 minutes to learn what the remedy was. Looked up Toyota issues and discover my blind spot sensor was a an issue for multiply model years but and was cover under basic warranty. Sent an email to the Service Manger if there was a silent extended warranty ( since I was beyond the basic warranty) for this blind spot issue and he never had the courtesy to even respond. That is Prestige Toyota Service Department! More

They have not only been extremely courteous, but they show they truly care about their customers. The work has been done in a timely and efficient manner. I have special needs, and they have continued to work with me and shown true caring. As long as they continue in this manner, I will continue to have my vehicles serviced there. More
