Fixed it good! Luke is great! My brakes had been replaced a month ago, but there was a horrible squeak. Brought it in and he made sure it was fixed and good to go. Luke is great! Service Last Friday was a year to the day that I got my new tacoma. I brought it in for my regular every 5000 mile service. I put 30,000 miles in one year!! routine maintenance Tire rotation and filters replaced. Also tire patched for a nail. I was told it would be $34.50 for tire repair, even though I informed the agent th Tire rotation and filters replaced. Also tire patched for a nail. I was told it would be $34.50 for tire repair, even though I informed the agent that I had an extended warranty for tires. I was told that only applies if the tire is completely replaced. That seems problematic to me (more incentive to patch the tire to avoid replacing) so I had to push a bit but then eventually I was not charged for the $34.50. Time was good and the service was explained clearly. More
Great job!! I had my car checked out by this dealer when the "Maintenance Required" light came on. I was told a technician would take a look at it and let me kno I had my car checked out by this dealer when the "Maintenance Required" light came on. I was told a technician would take a look at it and let me know what was wrong. I really thought something bad had happened, but the Prestige technician told me this light comes on after the car has so many miles (over 55,000) and that the only thing the car needed was rear brakes and an oil change. Another dealer would have taken advantage of this and charged me a ton of money. I'm glad I went to Prestige. Good job guys. More
