A loaner is set up in advance to meet your needs. Peter, my consultant, could not be more customer oriented and helpful. He never ‘pushes’ anything on you unless he feels it is a matter of safety. I never doubt anything he tells me, and keeps me updated on all the happenings and repairs on my vehicle. It is a sheer pleasure to use them for my repair needs! More

Service experience I brought my car in for service on Wednesday 9/19 for its 5000 mile maintenance and because the AM/FM radio has not worked since I bought the car at t I brought my car in for service on Wednesday 9/19 for its 5000 mile maintenance and because the AM/FM radio has not worked since I bought the car at the end of July. This is the 2nd time I've had my car in for service and both times have left me very disappointed. When I made my appointment about a 7-10 days prior to bringing my car in on 9/19, I informed the service center that I needed a rental car and that due to my size, I needed a large vehicle. When I arrived on the 19th, the only choices for rental cars were 2 cars that I could not comfortably fit in and drive. Therefore, I had to make another appointment for this Saturday (9/22) and bring my car in again. So, due to someone's incompetence in making my reservation, I am being inconvenienced yet again and now must rearrange my schedule because of this. The 1st time I had my car in for service, the problem occurred when I picked my vehicle up. Despite clearly seeing my car in the parking lot, it took 3 different people and 15-20 minutes for my car to be brought to me. When they finally brought my car in, the person driving it drove way too fast in a confined space and came fairly close to hitting one of the pillars with my car. In addition, the car was covered with dust and debris, clearly showing that the car was not washed prior to me picking it up. I am a new customer to Prestige Toyota, buying my 1st Toyota in June of this year. While I have no issues with the sales team, the service department has left me annoyed, frustrated, inconvenienced, unsatisfied, and completely questioning whether I should keep using them. More
