The service I came for was fine. However a recommendation to replace a part which was not broken for $1350.00 was not okay. Prices are way too exorbitant. They wanted to charge me over $70 for a cabin air filter that will cost me $13 to replace doing it myself. $180 for a wheel alignment. The oil change, filter and tire rotation was $111 and that was with a $20 discount. Normally at a service station that would be a $50 charge. The old Toyota service bld was much nicer and I received a free car wash there. No offer of a car wash given at this new service facility. All in all the service prices have gone up and the service has gone down. More
