Sep 11 visit to Service Center in Mahwah I needed to have my Venza inspected as I was buying out the lease I had on the vehicle. The wait was a little long 1 hr and 15 mins but less than the I needed to have my Venza inspected as I was buying out the lease I had on the vehicle. The wait was a little long 1 hr and 15 mins but less than the 1 hr 30 mins I was told when I checked in. The sales dept at Prestige Toyota had told me they had already advised the service center of the time I would be there. The service center did not appear to know anything about it. The service center is excellent. The sales center is terrible. It took me almost 5 hours yesterday (Sept 11), including the time I spent at the service center to purchase the vehicle I had leased for 3 years. More
