Seems like every time you replace the pads you need to replace the rotors! My old Chevy Truck would require that after three brake pad replacements. While i love the overall quality of the 4 runner, you would think they would put beefier brake parts on a heavy duty SUV! More
Excellent Customer Service I had a broken down vehicle. Getting an appointment was not a problem. Even though I was told by the front desk that they would not have a loaner ca I had a broken down vehicle. Getting an appointment was not a problem. Even though I was told by the front desk that they would not have a loaner car available at the time, but my service advisor Luke Incognito was able to "find" a loaner car. The service was fast and I was able to pick up my car the next day. Luke did a great job communicating with me about what was going on with my car and made this a great experience. More
