I had started to go to a local mechanic for convenience. Prestige is about 45 minutes from my home. However, after dealing with Tom, I plan to recommence using Prestige's service department. This service was also quick, pleasant and convenient. I've always found them to be honest in the service dept. I've found them to be better than other Toyota and other car dealerships, that's why I endeavor to always come here; past experience. Believe me you don't want to go to the wrong one. We haven't had to have any serious and major repairs done as all cars were always properly maintained. You can also tell that the management here is always aiming to please and help. I definitely recommend using the Prestige Toyota Service over others. I cant say anything bad about them. More

They took care of me when another Toyota dealership failed I brought my car in to have the back brake light replaced so it would pass inspection. 1st dealership ran the test without my permission and without c I brought my car in to have the back brake light replaced so it would pass inspection. 1st dealership ran the test without my permission and without changing the brake light. Naturally, the car failed. Prestige and its group of professionals didn't have the part, but because I came in, they washed the car. The next day, Caroline called, set up an appointment at my convenience and had the light installed in record time. The result: the car passed inspection with flying colors. More
