Customer service at its finest ! I left my car for service after hearing a noise when driving. My service advisor Caroline was in constant contact with myself in regards to updates fr I left my car for service after hearing a noise when driving. My service advisor Caroline was in constant contact with myself in regards to updates from the tech. She has always been very honest in regards to work that needs to get done and the status of my brakes , tires , etc. whether I have a couple more months of driving left or longer before I need work done. I needed a couple fixes on my car and was very happy with all work done and time of service. I have never brought my car anywhere else and really like the fact that everytime I come in I see the same faces and techs who have worked on my car and know the work that has been done ! More

Excellent service I called in the afternoon at 2:30 and requested 5,000 mile service on my new Prius Prime, that day they said okay if I got there quickly...I did. Be I called in the afternoon at 2:30 and requested 5,000 mile service on my new Prius Prime, that day they said okay if I got there quickly...I did. Because I was going on vacation the following day it was very good that they were able to service my Prius that afternoon. It's service like this that has me leasing four vehicles...three Prius' and one Camry from Prestige. Leasing or buying a vehicle might take a couple of hours to complete but the times at the service department is numerous during the years of having the vehicle and the visits usually last at least an hour or two or more. During this service appointment I went to the parts department to say the cover used in the rear of the Prius Prime didn't fit. It was very difficult to get the cover off. It was my lucky day because the regional manager was at the dealership. The service manager and the regional manager took my cover to the car to understand what I was talking about. A short while later they both came to me to say they have installed it correctly. Initially they installed it wrong just as I must have done but they must have looked and looked at the ties and they saw how it was suppose to be installed. I was very thankful for their efforts...another reason why I have chosen to buy and lease from Prestige Toyota in Mahwah. . More
