As a former Subaru owner and new to the Toyota family, this was my 1st visit to Prestige for service, and I mistakenly went to the dealership on Route As a former Subaru owner and new to the Toyota family, this was my 1st visit to Prestige for service, and I mistakenly went to the dealership on Route 17 where I purchased my Highlander instead of going to the service center on McKee Drive. It was a minor delay, but it put me in a bad mood. When I brought my Highlander home from its 5K service, I inspected everything and found that the lid for the fuse box in the engine compartment was not attached. Again, it's a minor complaint, but it makes me wonder if the technician was distracted or rushed while servicing my Highlander. Either way, it has shaken my confidence, which is why I only gave you a 4 star rating. Everything else went well, and everyone was very nice. More
