Horrible Second time for the same problem, which they said they fixed, but they didn't, The said they did a road test. I do not believe the service writer was that knowledgeable. Nothing but excuses. I rarely will write a negative review. This time Toyota Service has forced me to. I will be calling up the corporate customer service and writing them a letter, as well as telling my friends about their poor performance. Prestige was all nice and everything when I purchased the car from them. In fact our salesman was the best I ever had. But their service after the sale is horrible. More
