Lack of accountability. Waited 2.5 hours for 1 hour service My wife waited 2.5 hours for a 1 hour service. Toyota acknowledged issue but did nothing to compensate. I called in and discussed this issue with a My wife waited 2.5 hours for a 1 hour service. Toyota acknowledged issue but did nothing to compensate. I called in and discussed this issue with a service manager and was promised action. Nothing was done. Further, when getting the complimentary "car wash" they left puddles of water on the floor mats and didn't clean most of the car. To me this is like giving somebody a bagel with a bite out of it or erasing half a chalk board... If you are not going to do a good job of the item you are offering you shouldn't do it. More

Fabulous My regulator maintenance service ended up being more involved because during serivce it was noted that I needed new stablizer bars. So Unethical I bought my Rav4 here in 2010 and have been back for service occasionally. They always try to upsell me. One salesperson swore that if I didn't have m I bought my Rav4 here in 2010 and have been back for service occasionally. They always try to upsell me. One salesperson swore that if I didn't have my brakes done that I would not be able to stop my vehicle if I had a quick stop. I took my car to my friends repair shop and found.out there was nothing wrong with my brakes Then I found a service person I liked and they made me use another salesperson that was totally rude.
