had 60 min appointment I had a 60-90 minute waiting appointment. Because it was just oil change / tire rotation they would not give loaners. This is understandable. I waited in lounge for 2 hours and the service rep told me my car hadn’t been started and it was be at least an additional hour. I explained I had to leave to go to work and he apologized and said maybe they can get me a free detail but I needed to get to work and could not wait another hour. They brought my car out and Ieft. I also drive from Monroe, NY so I wasted gas, tolls, and my morning. Very unhappy. More

Great service as usual Another pleasant experience at Prestige Toyota. Transition into service center went smoothly and service advisor Tom Jacob was very helpful. Waited in the "quiet room" (which was actually quiet) where I caught up on some reading. After about an hour or so Tom came by to tell me it was finished. I got into my newly-washed car and drove off, but not before grabbing a cup of 50/50 coffee, which was delicious. Thanks for the great service. More
