They took longer than I was told by two weeks and when I asked about when it was due Brad Aiello told me I wo They did all the work they were said to. When in fact I did not receive another call until 4-20 and it was a voice mail ( i was told) I did not receive. I was told on 4-11 that a mechanic was no longer working there and the other mechanic was out as well. For a very large place, I thought their would be more than 2 working. When I finally picked up my car, the service writer was quick to point out that he had tried to reach me several times when in fact I only had the voice mail on my phone on Monday 4/23. I picked it up on the 24th. I was then told Brad Aiello was out for week and the rest of the dept had to take over his workload. Poor communication on their part and nothing was done or offered to compensate me for the loss of my vehicle for more than an additional week. More
