Was told I could get a loaner for long repairs when I bought SUV. Not true. When I made appointment, all was told for my mileage was oil change. THEN after 2 hours, was told my mileage required $800 bought SUV. Not true. When I made appointment, all was told for my mileage was oil change. THEN after 2 hours, was told my mileage required $800 more routine maintenance. Should have been told when I made appointment. Elena stated that mechanics don’t know until they start maintenance. Well the people who booked it told me all I was due for was an oil change. NOT happy. Am considering a local mechanic. More
