The service man made an error on my bill and apologized but refused to fix the problem and started to have an attitude about the situation. He said the service was closed and he can’t help me. I love the sales staff but I was very disappointed with the service guy that took the truck info. I when to pick up the truck. Waited 30 minutes for him to tell me where to pay. Caroline did a great job once I was able to get checked in. I appreciated that she was able to get my car serviced in less time than what I was quoted at check in. However, I didn’t like the fact that I ha in. I appreciated that she was able to get my car serviced in less time than what I was quoted at check in. However, I didn’t like the fact that I had to wait 45 minutes just to check in - with an appointment apparently due to staff shortages. Staff shortages should not be my problem. If you’re short on staff do not keep taking appointments for services. I also question the assessment I received from the technician. I’m not convinced my car actually needed any of the additional services recommended. More
