We apologize for the inconvenience. The damage you are looking to get repaired under warranty is damage and not a mechanical breakdown. If you took delivery of the vehicle with the said damages, you should reach out to the selling dealership who should be obligated to repair it. The same would apply if we sold a vehicle with damages. There is consistent incorrect information from your dealership. When I called Toyota to complain about my horrible experience with you, they confirmed these are warranty items and any dealer I’d like to go to can fix them. You are saying the opposite now, you said something different when I was there, and different again when you called after my complaint. Treat customers with respect and tell the truth if you’d like better customer reviews.
