Terrible experience. I brought my brand new truck in for an initial oil change and to take care of a few warranty issues. I was told it is Toyota policy that they cannot I brought my brand new truck in for an initial oil change and to take care of a few warranty issues. I was told it is Toyota policy that they cannot do anything until at least 6000 miles, which I later found out was not true. Extremely rude and condescending service manager (Tom Carrino) who spit out incorrect information about Toyota policy, lied about warranty coverage, spoke over me consistently, argued, and told me to take the truck back where I bought it from! The other service specialist, Wayne Schneider, muttered condescending remarks under his breath the entire time. I will never come back here. People like this should not be working in a customer-facing job. More

The Sales Department (Dealership Owners) tried to sell me a new car at $5,000.00 OVER MFSP and reduced it to $3,000.00 OVER MFSP during the pand The Sales Department (Dealership Owners) tried to sell me a new car at $5,000.00 OVER MFSP and reduced it to $3,000.00 OVER MFSP during the pandemic - I thought PRICE GOUGING was illegal under the circumstances. I don‘t remember which service this survey is referring to, since I had multiple services done lately. Nevertheless my original issue was my battery warning light went on, and I scheduled a service to fix to, since I had multiple services done lately. Nevertheless my original issue was my battery warning light went on, and I scheduled a service to fix it. Long story short, it took them multiple times to figure out the issue, however, the customer service associate was professional and courtesy, and he provided me the detail information of the root causes along the process, and he did a fantastic job.
