I don‘t remember which service this survey is referring to, since I had multiple services done lately. Nevertheless my original issue was my battery warning light went on, and I scheduled a service to fix to, since I had multiple services done lately. Long story short, it took them multiple times to figure out the issue, however, the customer service associate was professional and courtesy, and he provided me the detail information of the root causes along the process, and he did a fantastic job.
