I'm aggravated and disappointed with the recent service i received. After waiting 4 hours to get the wrong tires on my truck. When I came to talk to you in the morning I asked if you wanted to see my invoice for tires, you said you got it. So, I signed the paper taking your word for it. After total transmission replacement of ( faulty factory transmission). Rattling noise heard, dropped car yet again lost two days of Toyota trying to figure it out with no replacement car, it was discovered transmission). There was no concern to the two days of inconvenience with no car, or compensation for the time lost. Additionally the car was returned dirty. This was all the accountability of Toyota which we were left disappointed by the lack of response. More
It's a dealership, so prices on service aren't exactly discount, of course. But it's a nice place in a great location with a diverse staff of pros doing things in a timely fashion and doing it reliably, d discount, of course. Honestly I was disappointed by this Toyota Service Center experience. From having to wait more than 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, to finding grease marks on the seat and dash…it was not wha experience.
