This review is for Caroline Siderias and her excellence in Customer Service. Caroline tried to step in as far as she could for the remote start issue I was having. She is fabulous! I only wish the Toyota Brand Managers that were assigned to my case 230125000347 had as much customer service follow up, care, concern and dedication as Caroline! The remote is now working but the brand manager never circled back for closure and make up for all the time and effort I put in to resolve it. Time taken away from my job. More

Jeff is great but Wayne can work on his trustworthiness and people skills. Jeff told me I could wait on a couple of items after getting a bill for $2000 for new brakes.
