They've always do more checks on my RAV4 besides the normal oil change. Multi point checks including fluid levels, wheel alignments are also free. They even wash your car afterwards. Asked for a car wash which took an additional 30 minutes and it looks like they just put water on top of the car and wiped it down. I was treated horribly. Wayne Schneider was rude, impatient, demanding, and he could not have made it more obvious that he wanted me gone. In fact, it was the worst experience I've ever had in any dealership. There is no excuse to treat clients like hot turd, especially when they are only trying to get service done. Wayne Schneider spent more time trying to sell me his wife's hokey book on Amazon than showing ANY care or concern. I cannot understate this: Wayne treated me like less than trash. I won't be back!
