The service work was excellent. My problem was with the management. Brought the car in on Saturday. Was told they might not get to it. No problem. Called on Monday and the manager I spoke to was out sick. Despite 3 phone calls , no one could tell me the status of my car. No one covered for the manager. The manager returned on Tuesday and called me. That was ridiculous. If the manager was out for a week what would have happened? Very disappointed in the management. More

Service was all that I asked for. Needed a tire check and oil and filter change. Toyota found they i had a rusting on rotors and needed a brake fluid change so I got they complete.
