Even with all the severe constraints that the pandemic has put on the industry, the service at Prestige is the finest, I always appreciate how Brian picks up the phone to listen or takes a ride with me to see what the car needs, even if a part is not available or no appointments soon. Jack is tough, professional and no nonsense, but we’re always able to find a spot to squeeze in an appointment for me in a very busy service department. Claus is a stalwart at Volvo with a lot experience and knowledge with Volvo cars. I appreciate how well he communicates and sets expectations. Their loaners are well kept, modern and very convenient.
