Prestige Volvo Englewood kicked me out of the dealership and refused to service my XC90 after they failed to honor a previously agreed upon price for 60K service. I drove more than 30 minutes each way for and refused to service my XC90 after they failed to honor a previously agreed upon price for 60K service. I drove more than 30 minutes each way for my appointment only to be told that "in America" businesses have the right to refuse service to any customer. Initially, I showed the service manager (who wouldn't provide a name or business card) my correspondence with his scheduling department confirming the 60K service price. But he wouldn't honor it. I even pointed him to the price of the 60K service on the Prestige Volvo website, and he dismissed it as being wrong. He became aggressive, condescending, and insulting, while repeatedly stating "this is America." I was then told to take my car and leave. As I was walking out, I asked the Volvo service manager for his name or business card (again). He wouldn't provide it! This is a dealership where I purchased my vehicle, often service my vehicle, and is holding a deposit on my next Volvo (2024 EX90). I will certainly cancel that order and ask for my deposit back. What a terrible way to treat a customer. More
