New 2018 Audi A6 sales were prohibited until an airbag issue was resolved and local Mercedes dealer was the stereotypical pushy, overly aggressive salesman. Ended up going online and directed to Prestige. Nicquelle was very straightforward and answered all my questions In a timely manner. I did shop price and Prestige would not be undersold. When I went to the dealership I met with Ralph who was pleasant and demonstrated the cars features. I've had more unpleasant experiences with dealerships than i care to remember and Prestige was a refreshing change. More
