Horrible Experience We live 8 hours from Prestman Auto, but they had a car we were very interested in. Called the salesman (Jeremy) 2 days prior to driving down to tell him we would be there to look at the car. When we arrive, he forgot we were coming. Then he proceed to tell us that no one is allowed to test drive this car. If you buy it, then you can drive it. Asked him then how do you know how the car drives? His response was if we wanted to drive one then go to a dealership. Didn't even have keys to start the vehicle and the battery was unhooked. So, you couldn't see the displays or anything. Made absolutely no attempt to even sell the car. Tried asking a few questions and his reply was he really didn't know anything about that kind of car. Final attempt was to at least talk about price. Told him he was $2,000 over book and he said he didn't care, they would sell the car eventually. So, we drive 8 hours, get treated like garbage and was out the door in 15 minutes. Have never been treated like this by a salesman, ever. Would never recommend anyone shop at this place. More

I called a few years back and nobody followed up. I called again that day and they assured me someone would follow up and NOTHING. Fast forward to this last week (About 1.5 years later) I called the SLC location and nobody followed up. I called the Lindon location and I was assured someone would reach back out to me in a few hours and NOTHING again. Well, that's it from me. I'm DONE and will NEVER buy from Prestman Auto. More

Very Handsoff and Friendly I really enjoyed purchasing my Honda Pilot from Prestman Auto. If you change your mind they will not refund your money and never call you back. I have been dealing with them since December (2 months now). I place an online hold on a car and within 24 hours I called to say I did not need the hold anymore and would like the 100% refund they state they provide on their website. I spoke to billing and to the owner and was assured they would give me a refund but they never did. Now I have been calling twice a week for two months and the owner is never in and has never called me back so I can get this issue handled. This place is a SCAM! More

150 point insoection Bought a Toyota Dianna from Prestman. Noticed an audible knock only days after owning the vehicle. Took it into a Toyota dealer about a month later an Bought a Toyota Dianna from Prestman. Noticed an audible knock only days after owning the vehicle. Took it into a Toyota dealer about a month later and they said the front struts and mounts needed replacement. Notified Prestman about the issue and they offered to let us buy the warranty (~$4000). This is a pre-existing problem and they offered essentially no help at all. The "150 point" inspection must just be for tire pressure and wiper fluid...😉 I would never buy a vehicle from them again. More
