They have been reported to county health authorities. Tracy will promise you a certain interest rate, have you sign a piece of paper saying you are locked in at this rate, and then call you back 3 days later and say you are actually getting an interest rate that’s 1% higher. Then when you say you will return the car, he’ll tell you he can’t give you your down payment back, even though the contract you signed specifically says if the car is returned prior to financing being secured, you will receive your money back. Shop here if you want to be lied to repeatedly. More
