As you can see, it was 5 stars and that's only because I couldn't give him more. Dave was fantastic and professional from the moment I stepped into the dealership. He answered all my questions (which there was a plenty) but also broke down some of the information to make it easy to understand and digest. For a person, like myself, who's not an expert on all things cars and auto financing, this was much appreciated. Dave was transparent with all the financing options and more importantly gave me some peace of mind that when I left the lot that evening that I was leaving with not only the car that I loved, but with a deal that was best for me. After turning me over to Mike in the Finance department (who made the actual paperwork process on financing a car a breeze), Dave went that extra mile to make sure I was happy with my new Kona. More

Marvelously Grand Buying Experience This is my second purchase from Alan Quigley at Preston Hyundai in Boardman, Ohio. He sold me a used 2011 Elantra a few years ago, and I thought that This is my second purchase from Alan Quigley at Preston Hyundai in Boardman, Ohio. He sold me a used 2011 Elantra a few years ago, and I thought that I would keep it for many years. However, I received a call from Chais Hamilton who suggested it would be in my best interest to come into the Preston Hyundai showroom and see what my 2011 Elantra could do for us all. She sounded very sincere about the possibilities, so I scheduled an appointment for later in the week. I met with Chais and Alan, and he immediately evaluated my Elantra's trade-in value. We discussed a variety of options and settled on a 2018 Elantra. With a big assist from Mike Bucci, we came to a happy place, and we closed the deal. These people are an impressive and professional team. Kudos. More

An over the top experience by Matt Boyer Matt went above and beyond in customer service while assisting us in the replacement of an engine in our 2012 Hyundai Veloster. While traveling, my so Matt went above and beyond in customer service while assisting us in the replacement of an engine in our 2012 Hyundai Veloster. While traveling, my son's Veloster engine seized as a result of incorrect maintenance by a third party. Matt showed a high level of professionalism in coordinating repairs with me, the claims adjuster, and the appraisal company to complete the repairs. He showed a sincere sense of service to make certain the repairs happened in a timely fashion despite several obstacles. Matt also showed humility in giving credit to the entire Preston Hyundai team that performed the repairs. My hat is off to Matt and Preston Hyundai in general. More
