Waste of time I decided to purchase a new Hyundai to replace my older one. After contacting my credit union I was offered a rate of 5.25% for 72 months, no money down. I went to look at Preston Hyundai for my new vehicle. My salesman was Rob Turczany, a decent person but rather lackluster salesman and we did some test drives. I decided that I wanted a specific trim package and color. I informed Rob of my credit pre approval and asked if Preston Hyundai could compete with that rate. We waited 2 hours, then I was informed that there was no vehicle available in my specified trim and color in the USA. Then the financial manager came back with a rate of 10.55% for 72 months. I DID laugh in his face at that point. I left Preston Hyundai and contacted Great Lakes Hyundai in Streetsboro. I informed Bob Nero of my specific vehicle requirement. Bob took 30 minutes and called me back informing me that he had found my EXACT vehicle in New York and that he would be glad to have it transferred. I purchased that vehicle the next day at a 5.5% interest rate for 72 months, no money down. I DO NOT recommend Preston Hyundai and even will not take my new vehicle there for service due to Prestons' questionable business practices. More
Dave talked to my husband and myself to find out what we wanted and needed in a car then showed us the stock. He allowed us time to talk and test drive the car. I never had any trouble with it at all, that is until I took it in for service 5-6 months ago. I have not had a working car since. They told me it was a problem with the spark plugs. Days later they tell me they dropped a screw into the engine and turned it on. After going back and forth at least 10 times, and having them fix one thing after another including replacing the engine, the engine light came on again. Now they say it's the catalytic converter and that they're not liable for it even though they probably got fluid into it or took it out and put it back wrong. Each time I took it to them they'd say they fixed things, I'd ask them for a written record of what they did, and they either refused or gave me a list that didn't include everything they said they did. They lied repeatedly about what they did, for example the very first time they tried to return my car it was rattling and running rough and they tried to return it to me with the engine broken. Only after I refused to take it back did they admit it wasn't fixed and actually replaced the engine they said they had fixed. Now they are refusing to pay for the converter and they keep trying to get me to trade in the car for a new car after THEY broke it. DO NOT trust them with your car. They will only break it and lie to you about it. More
I came in to inquire about a vehicle I had read online. Ron was my salesman and he made me very comfortable and did not pressure me into a purchase. Ron and Angel were great. They were very friendly and knowledgeable, and made me feel like they wanted to help. I got a great deal on a Jeep and I love the vehicle. They gave me a great price and really helped with the financing aspect of the sale. My only complaint is due to a rude email I received from internet sales specialist Dave Hogue. I inquired about the vehicle a few days before that purchase and did not receive any emails from Preston. However, 10 days after my initial inquiry I received an email from Mr. Hogue asking if I was still interested in a vehicle. I responded that I had already purchased a vehicle the week before. His exact response was: "Thanks for asking for me... Congrats on the purchase." I personally work in sales and my company would never tolerate that type of customer service, especially considering I had never spoken to the employee before. I emailed Preston to discuss this situation and never received a response. The email I received certainly made me question the integrity of the company. However, I would still certainly recommend Preston due to the great experience that I had in person. More

My wife and I were looking for a second new vehicle after having purchased a 2012 Hyundai Elantra GLS. This vehicle would be for my wife and we were interested in the 2013 Hyundai Accent SE. Rick Scenna appr having purchased a 2012 Hyundai Elantra GLS. This vehicle would be for my wife and we were interested in the 2013 Hyundai Accent SE. Rick Scenna approached us and was very helpful in finding the right car. My wife wanted the Accent in Clearwater Blue which was not on Preston Hyundai's lot. The Accent color that my wife desired was located and delivered in a timely manner. Martin Sharp assisted us in getting the paperwork done and was very friendly. My wife loves her new Accent as much as I love my Elantra. We would definitely do business with Preston Hyundai again and would recommend Hyundai to anyone looking for a quality vehicle. More
We went Preston Hyundai because we had already decided to buy an Elantra. It really was a no brainier to buy the 2012 North American Car of the Year in the new 2013 Coupe configuration as it also comes with buy an Elantra. It really was a no brainier to buy the 2012 North American Car of the Year in the new 2013 Coupe configuration as it also comes with the best new car warranty available. Zach was great and answered every question I asked. He was a pleasure to deal with as was Jay. We immediately went to Cleveland for a day and fell in love with our new car. Then we did a few days in Chicago and now we can recommend the Elantra on gas mileage because we actually saw our average mpg displayed at 40...Exactly as advertised. We can’t say enough good things about our Elantra Coupe, and Preston came through with flying colors! More

We were looking for a reliable used car and had already planned on visiting approximately 3 or 4 lots. Preston was our first lot. Matt Boyer promptly greeted us as we were walking away from our car. He spent quality time with us and noquestion we asked seemed unimportant to him. The day was unbearably hot but he walked the car lot with us and never once tried to brush us off or act pushy. We saw a car we were interested in however had some question as to whether we could get it financed. Even though our sale was not guaranteed to him he continued to roll out the proverbial red carpet to us. Despite his kindness we told him we had to look further. We drove a short distance to another dealer but were not impressed with the cars. We were proceeding to the third dealer but decided to stop by and test drive the car we liked at Preston. Nothing but kindness and consideration was shown to us. We finally told Matt we were wanting to buy the cars. He introduced his manager to us and we were set up with a wonderful deal and great financing too. We would recommend this dealer to anyone. Our purchase was a 2007 Chrysler convertible.
