"Pain Free" car shopping! 11 years ago we purchased a Honda Odyssey from McMinnville Honda so it was a "no-brainer" to use their internet site to shop there again. We live in Spokane, WA but they made it worth the 7 hour drive to purchase a car from them. The Sales Rep we worked with was Gary Larson and from the very first email I sent through the actual buying process he was professional, and respectful. On top of that, he has a great sense of humor so the process was actually fun! They gave us a fair trade on the Odyssey and the best price we could find anywhere on our new Honda Pilot. Gary was able to find us the exact interior/exterior colors we wanted and every detail of the transaction was transparent up front. There were no surprises when we arrived to make the actual purchase. Being of a "certain age", we had some anxiety over understanding the myriad of electronics that cars have these days but he patiently walked us through them, explaining the features in a language we could understand and helped us program those settings we determined would work the best for us.
