Pricing was great for the maintenance work. I had service was excellent. I could not ask for a better dealership experience.. My only problem was the mileage that was written on my receipt was I had service was excellent. I could not ask for a better dealership experience.. My only problem was the mileage that was written on my receipt was 1000 miles more than I had on the car. I did call to ask that the records be corrected to reflect that. More

I’ve dealt with better service advisors. Sarah failed to regularly communicate the progress of the minor services that were completed on my vehicle. Only one of the struts were replaced on t Sarah failed to regularly communicate the progress of the minor services that were completed on my vehicle. Only one of the struts were replaced on the back door after being told they were in stock. I waited 3 hours for services that took approximately 15 minutes to replace the struts or whatever it was on the back and more than 2 hours for tire rotation and re-balancing because the balancing was not done correctly the first time. We were starving and no compensation was offered. Very disappointed in this service advisor. I had to find her several times to inquire about progress of my vehicle’s service. More
