Poor customer service , I went for a tire rotation & my car ended up in the shop for 2 weeks straight. Even with them mishandling my vehicle, I was not informed about anything dealing with the vehicle the car ended up in the shop for 2 weeks straight. I called at the last minute for an appointment and was given one for the same day. Even so, I was in and out very quickly. My technician, Anthony (I think) was responsive to my questions and was able to given one for the same day. Even so, I was in and out very quickly. Prices are up, no longer wash your car--I had to ask. Every car that I saw that was pulled up after service was not washed. Now have to pay if using a credit card. I wrote a check for payment and whatever system or company they now used rejected my check. I have never had any form of my payments rejected. I called my bank who says that there was no reason for them rejecting my check. So, I called the company that Nissan uses and was told that they didn't have enough personal information on me. Sounds like some kind of a scam. So glad I didn't have them do the other services recommended, I wouldn't have been able to pay--didn't have that much cash. More
