After specifically requesting that the service team not only rotate and balance my tires, but also check the air pressure in each one, I had to turn around and come back to the dealership because all 4 tir only rotate and balance my tires, but also check the air pressure in each one, I had to turn around and come back to the dealership because all 4 tires were at different pressures (ranging from 19 - 39 - for a Rogue, I believe the correct tire pressure is about 32). That being said, I should not have even had to ask service to check the pressure. That should have been an automatic when they rotated the tires. This is the 2nd or 3rd time in the last couple of years when I've had to come back to the dealership. I also noted on my final receipt that it said I had "declined" certain services that I hadn't even been offered. I also object the the new upcharge if you use a credit card!! That alone is making me rethink having this dealership do the service on my car. Side note - the bathrooms in the waiting area were a disgrace!! More
