The wait time for car service repair is not efficient. I had to wait 2 hours and 20 minutes and then was told I had an issue with my truck which would have taken more to resolve. Last time going to this service shop! A 30-minute job took 2 1/2 almost 3 hours. Every time I have come to this shop for an oil change to a recall the service is so so SLOW! Thomas was so cooperative and kind. However, he delivered a different car of the one that was showed to us. The Nissan Versa that was showed to us had the android's car system, keyless However, he delivered a different car of the one that was showed to us. The Nissan Versa that was showed to us had the android's car system, keyless system and the start engine button. He told us the Nissan versa S would had all these accesories. Appart form this, in a city were there is no a public transportation, a car is like "mandatory". So, we urgently needed a car. That was told to Thomas. Then, in 01/02/2024 after 5 days of delivery delay, at 7-8pm and ~1h away from our house, we had to take a Nissan Versa S without those accesories that were showed and promised the 12-20-2023. So, in one hand, we are disappointed with him for promise us a car with some characteristics and delivered to us a different one. We had no choice to say no, because we needed a car urgently to go to the job. On the other hand, we highligh his cooperation and kindness. Adittionaly, in 12/29/2023 Nissan offered us an option to rent a car while the Versa arrived, it was supposed to arrive on 01/02/2024. We agreed to, because we were tolerant and understanding with the delay. It was told us that the man who brings the cars took them randomly. Then, the 01-02-2024, we called Price LeBlanc Nissan, they said that they didn't have the car and they didn't know where the car were going to arrive. So, they offered us to give the money back, all the 100% amount of the car. The car was 100% paid on 29/12/2023. Above two reasons were irresponsable (delivery time and money back). We had been waiting for the car 13 days! 13 days without car in a city that doesn't have a good public transportation. It affected us too much. After that, we decided to post this story in google. The post was replied for them saying they were going to pay for the rented car. Unfortunatly, when we arrive to Price Leblanc Nissan, Thomas told us that they weren't go to pay for the rented car cost because of the google's post we had made. So, we felt this was a lie. I mean while in social media Price Leblanc Nissasn seems to be nice and problem solving, really they aren't. It was totally unfair!. More
