In December of 2007, I leased a Murano in Metairie. I relocated to Baton Rouge in 2009 and was glad to learn that, not only could I have my car serviced (regular scheduled maintenance) at Leblanc, but... relocated to Baton Rouge in 2009 and was glad to learn that, not only could I have my car serviced (regular scheduled maintenance) at Leblanc, but...they could also purchase my lease and put me in a 2011 Murano under a new lease. Not having to make the trips to Metairie from BR was so convenient for me, and the customer service I received from the Service Department was a definite plus! Now, comes the best part.....I met Brent Mott, who was Leblanc's Representative who helped me with the purchase of my old lease and putting me in my new 2011 Murano! He was professional and knowledgeable and really walked me through the process making it as "seamless" as possible! He was also friendly, courteous and available to answer my questions (which were many)! Since my background is in Customer Service, it was very important to me that Mr. Mott took the time to "go that extra mile" to make sure I received the best service possible! As a result, I am truly a "satisfied customer" of Leblanc Nissan, and would (and do) recommend them to anyone I hear is looking to buy or lease a car!
