I arrived at 7:20 for my 7:30 appt for an oil change expecting to just sit in the car and wait 10 minutes. Jackie came right up and checked me in. Then, I sat about 3-4 minutes until Michel opened the expecting to just sit in the car and wait 10 minutes. Jackie came right up and checked me in.
