My appointment was for 1 pm. I did not get an update or phone update so I asked at 2:30 if my car would be done at 3 pm. They said yes. At 3 pm, they tell me the inspection came I did not get an update or phone update so I asked at 2:30 if my car would be done at 3 pm. They said yes. At 3 pm, they tell me the inspection came back and suggested I needed two new tires. Luckily, I am educated in this and know my tires are okay so I said no. I had another appointment at 3 pm and had to be late due to them still needing to put the tires back on. However, my dusty car did not have finger print marks on the tires. So I truly dont know if my tires were actually rotated. Communication at 2:30 pm wouldve been helpful and I couldve cancelled my 3 pm appointment instead of paying the late fee. More
Wish I could have used my coupon. I told my service advisor it was in the glovebox and he said he would take care of it. Well it wasn’t I could have saved at least $50.00.
