Noticed a rattle after picking up my Highlander. After investigating what the noise was I noticed the compartment that holds the tire tools was in disarray. They were not secured in the compartment. I put everything back but noticed a piece missing! Never noticed the rattling sound before leaving my car for service and brake work. Odd, hum…………where is the lost tool? Took in for service, left with rattle noise!! So disappointed, since I’ve never been disappointed with your service department before and have leased several Highlanders over the years! 😞 More
