I was told that there’s a warranty for the battery they put into my car. When I got home and looked at the paperwork, I did not see anything about the warranty for the battery. I called and left a message put into my car. When I got home and looked at the paperwork, I did not see anything about the warranty for the battery. I called and left a message about the warranty that he told me about never received a call back. I’ve called and left two messages for them to email me The information about the warranty for the battery has been three days and still haven’t heard anything. Makes me wonder if I was told the truth about the warranty, or was a new battery really replaced to my car. Lousy customer service, do you want the money for the repair but you don’t do the extra step for the customer. More

Car still not fixed. Parking brake still engages when I shift in gear. I have to push button to take off . Brake jobs ?? They now squeak and car shakes when I press brakes to stop. Car did NOT squeak or shake before you worked on my brakes - 2 times. The ONLY reason I’m not giving you a 1 is that the lady who helped me throughout my ordeal was excellent. I feel like I was taken advantage of and I paid a xxxx of a lot of money for this. More

If you have any other options for service on your Toyota, take it! Do not go to Price LeBlanc. Customer service - or lack thereof - was abysmal. Poor communication, poor service, long wait time even though I take it! Do not go to Price LeBlanc. Customer service - or lack thereof - was abysmal. Poor communication, poor service, long wait time even though I had an appointment, uncoordinated office staff, unstaffed "check out" . . .i could go on but you get the picture. I LOVE my 2024 Toyota Land Cruiser; Price LeBlanc service staff does not love or even respect their customers. More
