I had an appointment for an oil change and rotate and balance tires. It took a little over 2 hours which is a long time to me. I feel appointments should be done before walk ins. More

Appointment for oil change/tire rotation took 3. 5 hours ... I waited. And everytime I go to the dealership they turn off my lights. I always leave them on Auto ... leave my lights alone please. More
