Everything went smooth with the whole process from start to finish. Was able to test drive multiple vehicles and even retest one after the tire was refilled. Ended up picking up the 2015 Mercedes Benz c300 4matic. Such a nice car to begin with and all their cars come with a fresh oil change which is an added plus. But to pick this thing up at the low end of the market value which is something they stand strong on at PricePro made this car a steal. I am very happy with me experience here and my purchase and hope to be back to buy another vehicle soon. By far hassle free and best prices around. More

I like their approach to selling cars. My sales person was good overall and communicated well. He also made the transaction easy. My issues revolved around two items. 1. I questioned a particular, minor issue with the car I was purchasing and was told I was repeatedly wrong. Without looking into my concern with a quick search of the internet I was continually told I was wrong. After I became frustrated they finally looked it up and said "I stand corrected" and took care of it. What if I had just given up? The other is the ridiculous stickers they put on the car! I asked my sales person to please remove it for me. He said he would. Well, I picked up the car, drove an hour and a half home and realized I forgot to check the sticker. It was still there. It looked easy to peel off, but it also peeled off the clear coat. When I emailed back I was told "There is nothing I can do". Soooooo....what could have been a great experience has turned into a non recommendation. More

I told him I was on my way to test drive the vehicle he had sent me an email for. Joe told me it was no problem the vehicle is on the lot waiting for me. The minute I got there, there was a couple who took the vehicle for test drive. I asked Joe what was going on he responded oh no need to worry they are just test driving. About 15 minutes later the couple got back from the test drive. Joe then gave me the vehicle to test drive. Whilst test driving the vehicle, the couple whose Joe told me was only test driving the vehicle had already started signing paperwork for the vehicle. I got back from the test drive only to be told that the vehicle is sold...this way of doing business will make you to lose potential customers and if they ever did business with you, they will never want to do any type of business with you again. To anyone who wants to purchase a vehicle from this place, please do yourself a favor and find a reputable dealer who’s going to value your time and give you all the attention you deserve as a value customer. A lot of the reviewers were complaining about the dealership selling a car behind their back. Well, they specifically say they don't hold cars... They also are a price competitive dealership, which means they go through 200 or so cars a month... Many people are just too ignorant to realize this, if you want one of their cars, you have to act fast! The only reason I did not give them a full 5 stars, is because of their slight false advertising. On their website, all of the cars look great in every picture. However, I went to go look at one car and found multiple points of rust and a couple of scuff marks (which is to be expected on a used car). Also, they refuse to use CarFax as a post of review, they only use AutoCheck. It pretty much the same thing but I just feel it is less verified. Overall, good experience. Defiantly live up to their business motto. Deleting hassle and offering a great price! More

They sell wrecked cars/ buyer beware I drove from Chicago to buy a car the with less than 10k miles on it. I asked sales man about any damage etc. Before I made the drive out. I get there the car is inside and it looked ok. Pulled it outside to test drive and I see the mis-matched paint, body lines are not right, over spray on chrome trim, roof, rear window. Fish eyes every where in the paint. They had a $50k car painted by some amateurs. I walked away. They are your typical corner used car lot, it’s a shame, and I wonder how many people they have ripped off. Don’t even waste your time. I asked about havIng a 3rd party inspection and what the salesman told me they won’t hold a car. So it can be sold to somebody as it’s getting inspected and they would not take a deposit to hold it for purchase pending the inspection. Buyer beware they are not worth buying from, they do not have a backbone, integrity, pride or honor. More

He even sat and went through their inventory to see if there were any other vehicles that would fit our needs. We found the one we liked and he walked us through the buying process step by step. There was a minor issue that needed fix so we were given a loaner vehicle while they had it taken care of. We were updated with ever step. I love my new to me vehicle! More
