My salesman Jennis and the dealership was everything a buyer should experience when buying a new car. I have bought brand new and traded from almost every major manufacturer and every time I felt I was in buyer should experience when buying a new car. I have bought brand new and traded from almost every major manufacturer and every time I felt I was in it alone, pressured, I have also seen many different tactics and gimmicks some salesman and dealerships use just to try and squeeze every nickel they can out of their buyers and they give many dealerships a bad name. I've come to expect that this is just the nature of buying a car, not so with Pride Hyundai. I hope that Jennis is what Pride Hyundai also wishes to express of themselves as dealership as far as image and respect for their customers for putting the control of the experience into their customers hands. Dealing with Jennis and Pride was a breath of fresh air. Jennis was very informative and eager to meet time-lines when it came to me taking ownership of my vehicle. When the time comes to buy a new car I will definitely take the longer trip to shop Pride Hyundai first so long as Pride continues to model their sales staff around gentlemen like Jennis and his sales floor manager who I must say proved to be equally helpful. I contacted the dealership regarding a recall days in advance of the appt they gave me. I waited over 45 mins on said day, only to finally be told they had to order the part and they would call me.
