Why am I paying for a "diagnostic?" I went in to get a recall (ABS) fixed and asked them to look at my drivers' side door handle. Nearly two hours later, I'm told I need hundreds of dol I went in to get a recall (ABS) fixed and asked them to look at my drivers' side door handle. Nearly two hours later, I'm told I need hundreds of dollars of work and get charged $65.00 for that information. I DID NOT ask for that (brakes, tires, timing belt, oil, etc.). I will not be back and I will warn everybody to whom I speak to avoid your service department. More
