Service I found the service to be on a par with the other two dealerships with whom I do business. The employees are competent, knowledgeable and courteous. I found the service to be on a par with the other two dealerships with whom I do business. The employees are competent, knowledgeable and courteous. I have come to expect this. The only exception to this high standard is the Hurd Automall in Johnston, RI. The service department there is a horror show and incompetence seems to be the standard by which Hurd operates. More
