Salesman outright lied to me! I went in on Saturday to test drive a Kona. I explained to the salesman right at the beginning that this would be only the second new car I’ve purchas I went in on Saturday to test drive a Kona. I explained to the salesman right at the beginning that this would be only the second new car I’ve purchased in my life (I’m 62) and that is was really important to me to get the car in blue. We test drove the car and loved it. We sat down to start the process of purchasing it and he said he had to check if they could get the blue one (there were none in the lot). He came back and said they checked within 100 miles and there were no blue Kona’s at any of the dealers. At this point I started to cry because I really loved the car. He told me it would take three month to get one in as it would have to be built at the factory for me. As it turns out there were at least two Hyundai dealers in the area that had blue Konas on there lots! He even said that if a dealer said they had one they were lying. Well I bought a blue Kona from a dealer the next day who HAD one on his lot. I can’t believe he lied to me that way knowing how I felt. More

Beyond Expectation, Excellent! I have both purchased and leased from Pride Hyundai of Seekonk. They are a tip top crew who are truly customer focused. Needless to say, my 2015 Sonat I have both purchased and leased from Pride Hyundai of Seekonk. They are a tip top crew who are truly customer focused. Needless to say, my 2015 Sonata is awesome, day in day out. I LOVE getting 37 miles per gallon. I'm sure that my daughter's 2018 Elantra will be equally great. Roy, thank you, I really, really appreciate your hard work. Roy Silveira went well, WELL out of his way to make it easy for me. Even when my insurer was being difficult, Roy stuck with me and made it all happen. Roy put balloons on the car when we came to pick it up, (My daughter Christie & I.) Honestly, It seemed like an odyssey to me, and yet Roy managed to make it easy. Even after everything, Roy spent an hour with us (my daughter & I) explaining the technology of the car (it was 7:30 at night.) Christie would be the one driving it, and Roy made sure she understood everything about the car. Well Done! Thank you Roy! More

He was genuine and did not make me feel pressured in any way. He took the time to advocate with the managers in trying to get me the best deal he could. It was pouring the day I went to look at cars and Roy was attentive and came out with an umbrella. There was an additional mark on one of the seats in the car when I went to purchase it and it was apparent this happening really bothered Roy and he did what he could to get more money knocked off the price. Roy was the nicest salesman I have ever dealt with at a dealership and I would definitely recommend to someone buying a car from him. Emma in finance is also very kind and I enjoyed talking with her.
