We bought 2 cars from pride 4yrs ago and loved them so much went back. What a mistake. Horrible. Once Cameron sold us the car he is done does not care anymore. It took 2 months for registration of my car much went back. What a mistake. Horrible. Once Cameron sold us the car he is done does not care anymore. It took 2 months for registration of my car and I had to call them for updates. On the registration and Cameron said oh yea it came in today.. when I went to pick up the plates the registration is dated for 6/2. Also they advertised that a cargo net came with the vehicle and we did not have it in the vehicle when I asked about the net they said well it’s a used vehicle so if we don’t get it with trade then I don’t get it. Then don’t advertise it on the sticker. Then don’t tell me you are going to check on it and then brush it off. By the way it $18.59 I bought my own. With picking up my plates I also needed an inspection sticker so we waited about an 1hour well they had my vehicle to put the sticker on. The gentleman comes out to tell me that he has no idea why but the machine is know broken and can not print out any inspection stickers and know I have to go back on another day.. I could go on with my paperwork is incorrect and they were very rude when I asked about a warranty that I purchased and now was going to have to use. While sitting outside waiting for my vehicle I did see Cameron walking around inside and he didn’t even have the common curtsey to come outside to see how he could help us. Never again will I buy or send a person I know to that dealership. I has not been a good experience at all. More

Service staff was very helpful.
