Maggie was wonderful very attentive and quick to get everything done. The paper signing part was also super quick, honestly the quickest car buying process I’ve ever been through. The reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because when I can back to pick up the car I had to wait 1 1/2 to be able to leave. I’m not sure why I was asked what time I wanted to pick it up at when I still had to wait to leave. If you make this process better then you’ll have amazing customer service. Needs to be 5 stars all the way around not just the buying part. More

Took my 2015 Sonata in for service and never mentioned the cracks in the front fender covered with duct tape. When I picked up my car the staff at the service desk never mentioned the cracked bumper yet the cracks in the front fender covered with duct tape. When I picked up my car the staff at the service desk never mentioned the cracked bumper yet the tape was removed and two plastic staples held it together like stitches. Thank you! More
