We are so very sorry you did not have the best experience on your most recent visit to our dealership. We always work to exceed our customers expectations so that they leave our dealership feeling good about the service they received from us. It's important to us that we provide our customers with the same level of service we would want for ourselves and our family. I believe our Service Manager already spoke with you about what transpired. The technician's tire gauged was not reading correctly so when he filled your tires, he filled them to 35PSI according to his tire gauge, however, because it was reading inaccurate it actually only filled the tires to 31PSI. I am not sure if he just missed the tire light when he brought the vehicle out of the garage or if it went off and then back on when it was outside in the cold. Either way, it was an honest mistake and one I understand our service department corrected when you notified them. I also want to assure you that all the work was in fact done. We pride ourselves on the quality of work we provide our customers. If it would help to put your mind at ease, we would be more than happy to bring your vehicle back into our service center and show you the work performed. We truly do appreciate you as our customer and hope we have (or can if you choose to come in) alleviate your concerns about the work performed. All the best, The Pride Service Team
